PFI Hard FM Performance & Compliance Lead

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Monitoring Lead to oversee Hard FM performance under the Bexley PFI contract across the Oxleas PFI Estate. You will build relationships with stakeholders and influence monitoring outcomes and workshops.

When not monitoring, you will support the wider facilities function, including cover at Queen Mary’s Hospital, undertaking audits, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with NHS requirements.
