Head of Professional Services — Enterprise Delivery Leader

Kinetic is seeking a Head of Professional Services to own end-to-end delivery for higher education clients, from implementation through onboarding and post-go-live. You will lead a growing team, align delivery with sales and product, and scale the function to serve enterprise customers with rigor and commercial focus.
