Strategic Operations & Resource Planner (Secondment)

Thames Valley Police is seeking a full-time, fixed-term/secondment until 31 July 2027, to plan, schedule and deploy resources for special operations and events. You will manage abstractions to maintain resilience and represent the Resource Manager during absences.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, with an ability to prioritise and make fast decisions under pressure, while delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers.
