Beauty & Personal Care Product Lead, Innovation

Avenir Collective in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead innovation, reformulation and product optimization across our Beauty & Personal Care portfolio. You will manage multiple projects from concept through to launch, turning consumer insights into scalable products for global omnichannel markets.

You will partner with Brand, Compliance, Supply Chain, Creative and external manufacturers to ensure commercial viability, compliance and profitability.
