Hybrid Estate Liaison: Repairs & Customer Experience

Home Group is seeking a dedicated candidate to oversee maintenance works and act as the main customer contact during repairs. You will manage complaints, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and analyse feedback to improve service delivery.

The role covers Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and parts of Surrey, with a hybrid working pattern and mileage paid for business travel.
