Risk & Compliance Officer – Hybrid, Impact & Governance

MERJE is seeking a Risk & Compliance Officer in Cheshire with hybrid working (2 days in the office). You will support the firm’s regulatory framework, focusing on compliance, operational risk and governance across Financial Promotions and Appointed Representative oversight.

You’ll work with senior leaders to strengthen the risk culture, deliver training and produce meaningful MI for senior management. This is a broad, hands-on role with significant impact.
