Thirteen Group in the North East is recruiting two Stock Condition Surveyors to support our 5-year investment programme. You will carry out pre-programme inspections, stock condition surveys, and energy assessments across residential properties, informing future investment decisions.
This roam role combines site visits with office work at Hudson Quay, Middlesbrough. You’ll travel across the operating area, update property data in the asset management system, and produce clear technical reports.
