Lead Telecom GIS Platform Architect (Cloud & OSS/BSS)

Salary: £36,000 – 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• 10 years experience in GIS architecture and enterprise solution design
• Strong expertise with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, Portal, Data Store and Web Adaptor
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Utility Network Management, ideally within telecoms
• Knowledge of fibre, coax, copper and wireless network inventory models
• Experience designing and delivering desktop, web and mobile GIS solutions across on-prem and cloud environments
• Experience integrating GIS platforms with OSS/BSS, asset management and enterprise data platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines and event-driven architectures
• Experience with geodatabase design, versioning, network rules and data governance
• Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and provide technical leadership across delivery teams

• Lead the design and transformation of large-scale telecom network inventory platforms
• Shape enterprise geospatial architecture across a major transformation programme
• Design and deliver GIS solutions across desktop, web, mobile, on-prem and cloud environments
• Integrate GIS platforms with OSS/BSS, asset management and enterprise data platforms
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and engage senior stakeholders
