Senior IAM Architect – Modernize Hybrid Identity & Security

Middle Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior IAM Architect to lead the on-premises Active Directory estate within a complex hybrid identity environment in Basingstoke, Hampshire. This role requires extensive experience with Microsoft Entra ID, strong architecture skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

Offering a salary of up to £90,000 plus a 15% annual bonus, you will work closely with IT and cloud teams to enhance IAM strategies. Onsite presence is required twice per month, and you will drive improvements in identity management across both IT and manufacturing environments.
