On-Site IT Engineer (2nd Line Support) – Maidenhead

Class Technology Solutions Ltd (CTS) is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to be based at client sites in Maidenhead. The role focuses on providing specialist IT support to maintain high-quality learning facilities.

You will work under the guidance of the Network Manager, assist with training, manage helpdesk tickets, and handle AD, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 administration. The position is on-site in Maidenhead with a salary in the £32k–£35k range.
