Project Architect – Belfast

SSA is looking for a project architect for our client, a well‑known architecture firm in Belfast.

They are looking to expand their already established team due to the number of projects they have upcoming over the next few years.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate architectural design and documentation for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in site visits and project meetings, maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Work on a wide range of large to medium sized projects across the residential, commercial, mixed‑use and hospitality sectors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong technical design ability.
• Experience with Revit is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, and teams.
• Experience and ability on site including coordination, supervision, problem solving and issue resolution.
• Ability to travel to site when required.
• Driver’s license.
