This is a new and exciting opportunity to help ensure our homes are safe, compliant, sustainable and financially viable, while supporting our wider organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

You will bring experience in asset management within the housing, property or construction sectors, alongside strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret asset performance data, financial information and regulatory requirements. You will be confident working with stakeholders at all levels and able to communicate complex information clearly to support evidence‑based decisions.
