HSE Manager – Submarines (Derby, Hybrid)

Rolls-Royce Submarines in Derby is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental strategy for submarine operations. You will report to the Head of HS&E and drive continuous improvement across design, maintenance and operation teams.

The role requires a degree and IOSH chartered status, strong incident investigation skills, and the ability to influence site management. Hybrid working is offered with attendance at the Derby site several days per week as needed.
