EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor in Bournemouth, with audit assignments covering Poole and Weymouth.
In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site assessments and providing consultancy to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard assessments at client sites.
- Provide consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification.
- Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends, across a variety of dayparts.
- Have access to a vehicle, hold a full, clean driving licence.
- Based in or near the assigned territory.
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g., retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores).
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis. No immigration sponsorship available.
