Behaviour Analyst – PBS/ABA Lead for Children’s Homes

SuperCare is seeking a skilled Behaviour Analyst to lead PBS and ABA implementation across our East Sussex children’s homes. You will develop assessments, support staff training, and ensure ethical, trauma-informed practice across all interventions.

The role focuses on Functional Behaviour Assessments, data-driven reviews, and collaboration with managers, therapists, and education teams to deliver high-quality behavioural support.
