Strategic Cost Controller – P6/NEC Project Finance

South East Water is seeking a Cost Controller to act as the strategic backbone of our project delivery, ensuring cost control best practices and providing deep-dive analyses and precise allocations relied upon by our project management and commercial teams.

You will manage projects within P6/IMS, baseline new schedules, and report SPI and CPI while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure NEC contract compliance. On-site health and safety observations are also part of the role.
