Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is recruiting a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the Urgent Care Pathway in North Devon. You will deliver crisis assessments, safety planning and brief interventions for young people in distress, contributing to a trauma-informed, youth-centred service.
