Gender Incongruence Care Specialist Nurse

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Nurse to help deliver a new gender incongruence service (Transcend) within a Primary Care setting. The postholder will travel across the locality, work with an MDT, GPs, partner agencies and service users, and contribute to developing a new model of care.
