Overview
This opportunity allows you to join the CACI ELITE Team in Stuttgart, Germany supporting USEUCOM in real‑world missions as a UC/AV VTC Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain integrated communication systems merging voice, video, and data.
- Administer and configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and other platforms to maintain high availability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with voice, video, and messaging systems and provide escalated support.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify problems, and ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to integrate communications into existing infrastructure.
- Lead and manage projects to improve or expand the organization’s unified communications infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Certifications: CCNA or CCNP Collaboration, Security+, Security X, or CASP.
- Clearance level: TS/SCI required.
- At least 5 years of experience with UC products such as Cisco CUCM, Jabber, and other voice and video conferencing systems.
- Strong networking knowledge for managing and integrating communication systems.
- Proficiency with troubleshooting tools like packet capture (e.g., Wireshark) and system trace analysis.
- Project management experience from start to finish.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

$82,700 – $173,900 USD.
