Quality Engineer: Regulatory & Continuous Improvement

IntaPeople: STEM Recruitment is seeking a Quality Engineer for a growing medical device manufacturer in the Swansea area. You will maintain the QMS, support audits, and drive continuous improvement within a hands-on, collaborative team.

The role requires 3+ years in a regulated quality environment and experience with ISO 13485, MDSAP or EU MDR. You will work with cross-functional teams, manage CAPAs, and communicate effectively with customers and regulators.
