Lead Manufacturing Engineer – NPI for Defence (Hybrid)

Leonardo in Southampton is looking for a Lead Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to lead New Product Introduction, define manufacturing requirements for GCAP products, and drive efficient production planning and NPI strategies.

You will oversee manufacturing maturity, approvals for product/process changes, and governance across lifecycle processes while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with the Airborne Communications Team to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
