Water & Infrastructure Estimator (Hybrid)

Stonbury is seeking an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Chawston. This hybrid/office-based role offers a salary up to £65,000 per annum, DOE, and a company car or car allowance.

You will manage tender processes, price items from first principles, and negotiate with subcontractors while ensuring NEC contract requirements are met. You’ll also prepare monthly valuations, final accounts, and manage cash flow to maximise project profitability.
