Company

TED Recruitment – representing a small, growing firm of PQS based in the City of London. The firm works on office fit‑out projects and is expanding into EU projects.

Role

Senior Quantity Surveyor required to take ownership of live projects ranging from roughly £200K to £30M. Key responsibilities include:

• Pre and post contract work including contract administration.
• Developing cost plans, tender documentation and undertaking tender analysis.
• Managing contractor procurement and providing client recommendations.
• Managing project delivery from conception through handover and completion.

Qualifications

Essential:

• MRICS qualified.
• 2 to 3 years PQE, preferably recently chartered.
• Recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics).
• Experience on retail or office fit‑out projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and autonomy‑driven.

Preferred:

• Experience awarding client projects in the £200K – £30M range.

Benefits

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (negotiable) plus pension, bonus and other benefits. Rapid promotion prospects for high‑performing candidates.
