Workshop Manager | Fleet Maintenance Leader & MOT AE

Ringway in Worcester seeks an experienced Workshop Manager to lead the Warndon Workshop operations. You will manage up to 16 mechanics and supervise trainees, ensuring high standards of vehicle maintenance and repair across a diverse fleet, including HGVs and highway service assets.

As AE for the MOT station, you will ensure DVSA compliance and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and profitability, while coordinating with the Business Unit Fleet & Plant Manager.
