Responsibilities

• Run the wind tunnel and ensure the test programme is carried out safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide first‑line support for any issues that arise and maintain/serve all plant and equipment used to run the wind tunnel.
• Work a four‑on/four‑off shift pattern (12‑hour shifts) including nights on a rotation basis.
• Support the Aerodynamic team to deliver high‑quality data for championship‑winning car design.

Qualifications

Technically minded with a strong engineering background and good IT skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under considerable pressure. Candidates with previous experience in a similar role are preferred, but we welcome graduates seeking their first step into Formula 1.

• Knowledge of MTS Flat Trac Rolling Road
• Experience with Servo‑Hydraulic control systems
• Familiarity with PIV acquisition and processing
