Senior Estates Engineering Manager

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Estates leader to develop and implement robust maintenance and compliance across hospital sites. The post holder will oversee a team, drive health and safety, and ensure value-for-money delivery.

You will lead on HTM compliance, manage external contractors, develop CAFM records, and share technical expertise with staff while liaising with senior Estates Directors.
