A320 Family First Officer (Type-Rated)

The role

As First Officer on the A320 family, you’ll partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient and passenger-focused operations on every sector.

• Lead thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations and briefings in alignment with SOPs.
• Manage the FMS, monitor flight progress and prioritise aviate‑navigate‑communicate.
• Apply strong CRM, threat and error management, and disciplined procedural compliance.
• Execute normal and non‑normal procedures with precision, calm and clear communication.
• Champion a just culture through accurate reporting and a continuous improvement mindset.

Minimum requirements

• Current, valid A320 family type rating.
• Minimum 500 hours on type (logged and verifiable).
• Frozen ATPL (UK CAA) with valid IR and ME.
• Class 1 Medical.
• ICAO ELP Level 5 or above.
• Unrestricted right to live and work (visa sponsorship is not available).
