The Mission

As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and on‑time operations. You will uphold the highest standards of airmanship, contribute to a strong safety culture, and bring calm, confident decision‑making to every sector.

What You’ll Do

• Execute pre‑flight planning, performance, and threat/error management in line with company SOPs.
• Operate the 737NG with precision across all phases of flight, ensuring procedural and regulatory compliance.
• Apply robust CRM, communicating clearly with the Captain, crew, and operations.
• Monitor flight progress, fuel, and systems, proactively managing changes and contingencies.
• Complete accurate post‑flight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Type‑Rated: Current Boeing 737NG rating
• In type: 500 hours (minimum)
• License Required: UK CAA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 5
• Accepted Licences: UK CAA only
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided (you must have the right to work without sponsorship)
