Construction Customer Care Leader – Defects & Warranty

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Customer Care Manager in Wolverhampton to lead a five-person team within the Customer Care department. You will drive aftercare service across construction projects, oversee customer enquiries, defects and complaints, and collaborate with Site Managers and other departments to ensure timely remedial works and warranty fulfilment.
