Lead Flight Test Engineer – EW & Readiness

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Lead Flight Test Engineer for a permanent role in Bournemouth, Dorset. The position covers UK and international flight test activities within a defence and EW training environment, reporting to the Flight Test Manager.

You will define, plan, and execute flight tests across a diverse fleet, collaborating with Design Office teams, maintenance, and pilots, and supporting certification activities. International travel is required.
