Job Description:
CBRE is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover Gateshead, Durham, Darlington, and Stockton-on-Tees. You will perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, travelling between client locations to keep facilities safe and compliant.
The role requires hands-on expertise, fault finding, and strong customer service. A full UK driving licence and recognised electrical qualification are essential. On-call shifts and overtime may be required.
