ER Recruitment are partnering with a nationally known business to recruit an Employee Relations Consultant in Bexhill-on-Sea with hybrid working. The role offers £50,000 per annum DOE and a busy, commercial ER agenda supporting senior leaders.

You will manage a varied ER caseload, drive organisational change, redeployment and consultation processes, coach managers, and ensure compliant, commercially focused advice. CIPD qualification is desirable and excellent benefits are on offer.
