Resident Safety & Response Officer

North Northamptonshire Council’s Housing Management Service is seeking a Contact and Response Officer on a casual basis. You will respond promptly to alarm activations and calls, supporting residents in sheltered housing and contributing to a responsive, safe service.

This role requires flexibility to cover a 24‑hour rota and to work with Housing Officers and care teams, ensuring high standards and a positive resident experience.
