Multi-Site Health & Safety Compliance Lead

Barker Ross Group is recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Compliance Manager to oversee HSE compliance across two metal recycling sites in the UK. The role is hands-on, with a focus on maintaining compliance, supporting operations and driving improvement, while leading safety initiatives and reporting requirements.

Salary is 60,000–65,000 per annum, with Monday–Friday hours and full-time permanent status.
