Health & Safety Lead for Ground-Up Site

CDI – Russell Taylor is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead the creation of a Safety function at a new site in Liverpool. You will develop policies, procedures and compliance frameworks, and partner with operations and senior leadership to drive safe growth across the business.

The role calls for a hands-on, autonomous leader who can establish the site’s HSE management system, conduct risk assessments, and deliver training and improvement initiatives while building a strong safety culture.
