Deputy Head of Student Services: Inclusion & Safeguarding

Victoria School, Poole, is seeking a Deputy Head of Student Services to lead pastoral provision and safeguarding, supporting wellbeing and inclusion for students with complex needs.

You will work with the Head of Student Services to coordinate wellbeing, counselling, ELSA, and family support services, and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to protect students and promote a caring school culture.
