We are currently looking for apassionateTalent and Culture Officer, tojoin our Talent and Culture Teamon a permanent basis , with an immediatestart to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to ourguests and each other. Responsibilities
- Manage, advise on and resolve all nature of T&C,recruitment and training queries from team members and managers to deliver aprompt and effective service to all assigned departments in this respect.
- Oversee the management of the entire recruitment process(from advertising to offer stage) for all recruitment vacancies in assigneddepartments, ensuring high calibre TMs are recruited for each department witheligibility to work, and that all recruitment is in line with headcount andbudget requirements.
- Liaise with assigned Department Managers on all employeerelations matters, and by appropriate coaching and guidance on peoplemanagement, ensure all employment matters are resolved appropriately.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the management populationin relation to performance management and invoking formal performancemanagement where appropriate.
- Undertake all necessary T&C administration tasks withinexpected job scope, maintaining high standards of work expected within thedepartment.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary tofulfil their duties and, in any event, not less than hours.
