The Opportunity

As a Jet2.com First Officer, you’ll operate on a modern Airbus or Boeing narrow‑body fleet, working within a highly supportive training and safety culture. You’ll build hours, refine your skills, and contribute to delivering our friendly, reliable service across our network.

  • Operate as part of a multi‑pilot crew, adhering to SOPs and the highest safety standards.
  • Support the Captain with flight preparation, performance calculations, and checklist discipline.
  • Manage all phases of flight, applying excellent CRM and situational awareness.
  • Complete a comprehensive, employer‑provided type rating and line training programme.

Minimum Requirements

  • Flight Time: Minimum 500 hours multi‑crew/multi‑engine on jet or turboprop aircraft above 10 tonnes MTOW.
  • Licence: UK CAA Frozen ATPL (CPL/IR/ME).
  • Medical: Class 1.
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5 (or higher).
  • Type Rating: Not required — full training provided.
  • Accepted licences: UK CAA only.
