Grade 8 (SCP 30 – 34) £39,513 – £43,693 (pro rata)
Permanent Contract
22.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: (Tuesday to Thursday or Wednesday to Friday)
The post holder will be instrumental in planning and co-ordinating health & safety throughout Housing Property Services. The main emphasis will be on health & safety but will extend into gathering, collating, and interpreting data/information to facilitate and drive improvements in working practices and policies. This involves making informed decisions based on factual evidence to support our key objectives:
- To help residents find accommodation in their locality.
- To enable residents to live independently.
Working closely with Compliance Officers, the post holder will lead the development and implementation of health & safety improvements across Housing Property Services, ensuring high standards of safety and welfare. The role also involves fostering a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
