Senior M&E Building Services Lead – Education Projects

Arcona Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager with a strong mechanical background to join its Tier 1 contractors building services team on three education projects in South London and the South M25 area.

You’ll lead mechanical and electrical coordination from pre-construction through commissioning, manage subcontractors and client reps, and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and HTM/CIBSE guidance while driving safety and quality.
