Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited’s Toby Carvery – Shiremoor is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, master the menu, and train great people. You will help deliver high-quality dishes and lead a busy kitchen in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You’ll be responsible for coaching Chefs, managing orders and stock, and ensuring robust health and hygiene standards while helping the team achieve targets and maintain excellent guest service.
