Lead Deputy Manager, Residential Children’s Home

Toto is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the leadership of our residential home for children with learning and physical disabilities in Preston.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager, deputise in their absence, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment.

The role includes a Management Development Programme delivered by senior management, with enrolment on the L5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare; sleep-in duties may be required.
