Position Title: Site Agent – Balvac

Location: UK–Wide: Leeds / Derby

Overview

Lead day‑to‑day on‑site operations for structural repair, strengthening and refurbishment projects across the UK. Manage direct labour and subcontractors to deliver safe, high‑quality and efficient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site teams to deliver multiple projects on programme, budget and specification
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and the Business Management System
• Oversee site setting‑out and dimensional control
• Develop and review risk assessments, method statements, PMPs, ITPs, Construction Phase Plans
• Produce project programmes and track progress, outputs and productivity
• Drive Zero Harm and behavioural safety initiatives
• Apply Lean construction techniques including daily visual meetings and BIM360Field
• Identify and resolve engineering and construction issues proactively
• Manage construction records, O&M documentation and as‑built information

Qualifications

• Experience delivering structural repair or specialist repair projects
• Background in infrastructure or civil engineering works
• Strong leadership, communication and team‑management skills
• Ability to manage scheme budgets and commercial elements
• Robust understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental requirements
• Organised, proactive and committed to operational excellence
