Building Services Estimator: Tendering & Value Engineering

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Estimator in Edinburgh to support tendering for building services projects. You will carry out detailed take-offs, issue enquiries, create and submit tenders, and contribute to contract documentation.

You should have hands-on experience in building services, be proficient with Trimble Estimation and MS Office, hold a CSCS card and a valid UK driving licence. This role focuses on delivering competitive bids and supporting value engineering.
