Facilities Manager – Elevate Building Systems & Reliability

IWFM is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead maintenance across a large site in Cambridgeshire. You will manage PPM and reactive activities, ensuring HVAC, power distribution, BMS and life-safety systems operate reliably within a cutting-edge engineering environment.

The ideal candidate has an electrical engineering background (HNC/HND or time-served), knowledge of BMS/CAFM, and relevant manufacturing experience.
