Warehouse Team Lead – Portsmouth

37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday from 10am‑6pm (or finish) primarily, with some flexibility to 7am‑3pm to cover Goods In team. Pay: £13.55 per hour plus regional and time‑based supplements totalling between £13.74‑13.94.

Responsibilities

• Link between supervisors and warehouse staff, providing immediate hands‑on leadership and supervision.
• Ensure maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.
• Coordinate, prioritise, and delegate warehouse activities.
• Manage staff hours, sickness, and holidays to help ensure no detriment to operations.
• Motivate and develop staff to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Stand and walk for the majority of your shift, and be able to lift items up to 15 kg, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch as required.

• Warehouse experience.
• Attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritise own workload.
