Project Quantity Surveyor

We are a reputable main contractor with a strong north-west pipeline. We seek a self-motivated Project Quantity Surveyor experienced on projects ranging from £5 million to £10 million. This role suits an assistant looking to step up.
Responsibilities
- Attend site and progress meetings as required by the client.
- Prepare periodic cost reports in an agreed format and at specified times.
- Take bills of quantities and use up-to-date computerised estimating software.
- Prepare contract documents.
- Monitor development completion requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience preparing, negotiating, and issuing final accounts and statements.
- Experience pricing building materials and working on new-build schemes.
- Proactive and self‑motivated.
