Charity Shop Manager (Part-Time, 15 hrs) – Fundraising Lead

Shooting Star Children’s Hospices in Teddington is seeking a part-time Shop Manager to run a fundraising shop and lead a small team. You will oversee daily retail operations, ensure excellent customer experience and uphold charity governance standards in a supportive environment.

Hours are 15 per week, with a permanent contract and a salary of £11,544 per year (pro-rata of £28,860 full-time). The role offers a range of employee benefits and flexible working arrangements.
