Customer Advisor – Hybrid, Training & Pension

KD Recruitment Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor in Malton to join a well-established Professional Services team. You will own client cases from first contact to resolution, guiding clients through processes with empathy and clear communication, and ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

The role offers a Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, a 4% employer pension, free parking and hybrid working after training and probation.
