Group Protection Claims Specialist — End-to-End, Fair Outcomes

Legal & General is seeking an experienced Claims Assessor for Group Protection to support our claims team across the UK. You will assess, triage and manage claims end to end, make fair decisions on liability, and authorise payments within authority levels.

You’ll build relationships with IFAs, employers and stakeholders, review medical evidence, support rehabilitation and use data insights to spot trends while ensuring regulatory and customer standards are met.
